Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 ½ kg plum(s)
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 vanilla pods
  • 300 ml champagne
  • 20 kernels (plum kernels)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours

First, wash and pit the plums, setting aside about 20 stones. Now place all the plums in a large ceramic pot with the ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then add the champagne. Let it simmer for about 3 hours, stirring constantly. Then pour into sterilized jars and seal tightly immediately. A simple recipe, but incredibly delicious.
