Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg plum(s)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour, heaped
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 250 g yogurt (vanilla flavor)
  • 200 g lasagna sheet(s)
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

balanced and super juicy, very suitable for children

Wash the plums, halve them, remove the stones, and quarter them again. Preheat oven to 200°C. For the vanilla sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the flour in it. Remove from the heat and gradually stir in the milk. Add the vanilla sugar, salt, and sugar. Return to the stovetop and bring to a boil while stirring. (If any lumps form, I smoothed the mixture with a hand blender.) Let it cool slightly and stir in the vanilla yogurt. Grease a baking dish and layer the lasagna sheets, plums, and vanilla sauce alternately in the dish. Top with the sauce. Bake the lasagna in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat, middle rack) for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
