Ingredients for 14 servings:
- 350 g plums
- 100 g margarine
- 4 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 220 g flour
- 6 g baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 7 tbsp orange juice, for soaking the muffins
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Wash, halve, pit, and dice the plums. Mix together the margarine, eggs, and sugar. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold in the plums. Pour the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper baking cups and bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven, pierce with a wooden skewer, and drizzle with orange juice.
