Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g oat flakes
- 150 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 100 g plum(s)
- 100 g Skyr
- 2 dates
- some vanilla extract
- some plum(s)
- some muesli (granola)
- some jam (berry jam)
- some hazelnut butter
- some coconut flakes
- some physalis

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes
Overnight oat
To make this oatmeal, first place the oats and almond milk in a jar (I like to use mason jars for oats). Then, add the plums, skyr, dates, and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until completely blended and pureed. Line the rim of the jar with sliced plums, then pour the creamy mixture into the jar. Top with a layer of granola, berry jam, and hazelnut butter, if desired. Top with coconut flakes and physalis, and the oatmeal is ready. Refrigerate overnight.
