Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Fresh plums
  • 1,5 dL Red wine
  • 150 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
  • 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 1 Cinnamon stick

Instructions
 

  • Wash the plums, cut in half, core and cut into pieces
  • Put the wine, preserving sugar, vanilla pod and cinnamon stick in a pan, bring everything to the boil, add the plums and cook for another 5 minutes until soft
  • Remove the vanilla pod and cinnamon stick and puree everything well. Pour into a bowl and let cool down
  • Then into the ice cream machine
  • can also be served as a desert with red wine plums or plum compote
