Plum yogurt cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 g plum(s)
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of saffron
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 550 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Sheet cake

Wash, halve, pit, and quarter the plums. Cream the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, saffron, and salt until fluffy. Mix in the eggs, add the yogurt, and stir in. Add the flour and baking powder. Place the batter on a greased baking sheet and scatter the plums over it. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 40 minutes. Bring the 100g of sugar and water to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Brush the warm cake with the water-sugar mixture, then let it cool.
