Turkish spinach cream

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 4 packs of cream cheese
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 200 g spinach (frozen), chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Thaw the spinach, drain, and squeeze some more liquid (otherwise the cream will be too runny). Peel and press the garlic. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt, if desired. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving. Serve with flatbread or baguette. It also tastes great with grilled meat.
