Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g cream (country cream)
- 400 g processed cheese
- 250 g butter, at room temperature
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
great as a dip for brunch
First, hard-boil the eggs and dice them. Wash and finely chop the spring onions. Then, blend the butter, cream cheese, and cream cheese until smooth. Then, add the eggs and spring onions and continue blending. Season with salt and pepper. Chill. If desired, garnish the cream with a few spring onion rings as garnish.
