Pollock in salsa sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 130 g fish fillet(s) (pollock fillet)
  • 100 ml sauce, Texicana Salsa or a similar tomato-chili sauce
  • 30 ml cream
  • 25 g mountain cheese, grated

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

quick and easy, ideal for singles

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Cut the fish fillet into bite-sized cubes and place in a small ovenproof dish. Mix the Texicana salsa with the cream and pour over the fish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 25 minutes. Serve with rice or baguette.
