- 130 g fish fillet(s) (pollock fillet)
- 100 ml sauce, Texicana Salsa or a similar tomato-chili sauce
- 30 ml cream
- 25 g mountain cheese, grated

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Cut the fish fillet into bite-sized cubes and place in a small ovenproof dish. Mix the Texicana salsa with the cream and pour over the fish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 25 minutes. Serve with rice or baguette.
