Pomegranate salad with chicken strips

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • ½ bag(s) of French fries (for the oven)
  • 1 large beetroot
  • ¼ head of white cabbage
  • 400 g chicken breast, cut into strips, ready fried
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Bake the fries according to the package instructions and let cool. Cook the beets, peel them, and slice them into thin strips. Slice the white cabbage into thin strips. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Mix all ingredients together just before serving.
