Pomegranate vinaigrette

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, mild
  • 2 tsp, leveled sugar
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp chives, freshly chopped or frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the pomegranate in half and squeeze the juice using a citrus press. Vigorously mix the pomegranate juice with the vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Add the chives to the vinaigrette.
