Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 180 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 large apples
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Butter flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Melt the butter and let it cool, then stir in the sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the flour and baking powder. Pour into a greased springform pan. Peel the apples and slice them into wedges. Press them gently into the batter (thin side down). Sprinkle generously with cinnamon and sugar (mix beforehand). Sprinkle with butter flakes. Bake at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
