Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g poppy seeds
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 250 g margarine
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 g baking powder
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 1 bag of cake icing (chocolate glaze)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Soak the poppy seeds in the sour cream for 2-3 hours, then mix everything with the remaining baking ingredients. Spread the batter on a baking sheet, smooth it out, and bake at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 15-20 minutes. Let the cake cool, whip the cream until stiff, and spread it on top. Decorate with the chocolate glaze.
