Poppy Seed Egg Liqueur Mascarpone Dessert

The perfect poppy seed egg liqueur mascarpone dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Natural yoghurt
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Ground poppy seeds
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • Eggnog to your taste
  • 200 g Red fruit jelly
  1. Mix the yoghurt with the mascarpone, sugar, poppy seeds and the scraped-out vanilla pod until smooth
  2. Add egg liqueur according to your taste – if children skip eating – and stir everything well
  3. Now layer the yoghurt mascarpone cream alternately with the red groats in a glass and place in the refrigerator until ready to be eaten.
  4. This is a simple quick dessert.
  5. Red grits can also be exchanged for fruit – enjoy your meal; 🙂
