Poppy Seed Egg Liqueur Mascarpone Dessert

- 250 g Natural yoghurt
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 3 tablespoon Sugar
- 3 tablespoon Ground poppy seeds
- 1 Vanilla pod
- Eggnog to your taste
- 200 g Red fruit jelly
- Mix the yoghurt with the mascarpone, sugar, poppy seeds and the scraped-out vanilla pod until smooth
- Add egg liqueur according to your taste – if children skip eating – and stir everything well
- Now layer the yoghurt mascarpone cream alternately with the red groats in a glass and place in the refrigerator until ready to be eaten.
