Ingredients
- 1 packet Yeast dough from the refrigerated shelf
- 2 packet Poppy seed baking
- Milk, or better still, 1 twisted egg yolk

- It is not a recipe in the strict sense of the word, as I "only" used finished products ..... but since I am not such a baker, please check it out for me .... but the end result is worth seeing.
- Spread out the finished yeast dough and spread it evenly with the poppy seed baking
- using the baking paper, roll it up from the long side
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the rolling pin in a circle on it
- Since the finished dough is 40 cm long, now cut the roll every 1.5 cm with a sharp knife ... that makes 25 pieces
- As shown in the photo, put 2 strips on the outside and one on the inside, the last one is placed at the top in the middle
- i have coated the visible dough with milk, next time i will use egg yolk, then the finished cake will shine more beautifully
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° for about 20-25 minutes
- if you like, you can mix in raisins with or without rum ....... unfortunately I didn't have them ready
