Porcini mushroom butter

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 30 g porcini mushrooms, dried
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • 250 g butter (sweet cream butter)
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the porcini mushrooms with a knife or in a food processor. Finely chop the parsley leaves. Knead the mushrooms into the softened butter, season with salt and pepper. Spoon into small bowls and chill. It tastes great with briefly roasted meat and makes a great sauce base.
