Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g porcini mushrooms
- 100 g Parmesan
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon(s)
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Thinly slice the cleaned porcini mushrooms. Finely grate the Parmesan cheese (shavings). Squeeze the lemon and mix with the oil, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Combine all ingredients and serve. It’s perfect as a small appetizer or can also be served on toasted garlic bread.
