The perfect poreè wrap greetings from kitchen recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
vegetables
- Fresh leek
- Black Forest ham
- Young Beemster
- Red potato
- Milano onion
- Black clove of garlic
Spice mix
- Ground cinnamon
- Cinnamon basil
- Cardamom pounded
- Poke fennel seeds
Liquorice paste
- In my KB
to fry
- Ghee
- First, cut the leek stick into 3 equal pieces. You only need the heart pieces (light green to white colored leek parts) and cut them through once in the long way. Now subtract layer by layer. Place on a large glass plate and drizzle with a cup of water. From the microwave at 900 watts for 2 1/2 minutes. Then take it out and immediately start laying the vegetable slices on top of each other.
- Potato – onion and garlic cut into equally sized slices. Now they are making the spice mix. For this you need, among other things, my liquorice paste – which you can find in my KB under the link >>>>> liquorice paste >>>>>. If you reject the taste of liquorice, you can replace the liquorice paste with vegetable stock (you can take it from the water in the microwave heating). Now prepare all the spices listed and add them to the paste.
- Now you start to prepare and roll up the greetings from the kitchen 🙂
- Use in this order: you start with a slice of leek >>>> brush this with the seasoning mixture >>>>> a slice of ham >>>>> a slice of leek >>>>> a slice of cheese (adapted to size)> >>>> a slice of potato >>>>> a slice of onion. Now roll it all up tightly.
- At the very end, contrary to the previous rolling direction, another slice of ham (now the garlic cloves) to wrap this mini porre roulade again. Now carefully fry the roulades on a hot plate or in a hot pan with ghee. It takes about 10 minutes then everything is cooked through properly.
- To serve (see pictures) cut the rolls crosswise (then look like a mini sandwich). Place on a suitable plate with some garnish.
