Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g pork fillet(s)
  • some thyme
  • some olive oil
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • some pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

First, rub the fillets with thyme. Heat the oil in a pan and sear the fillets well on all sides. Deglaze with the stock, season with pepper, and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Remove the meat from the sauce and cut into approximately 1.5 cm thick slices. Add the sour cream and Worcestershire sauce to the sauce, mix well, and season to taste. Then add the fillet pieces back in and let them simmer over very low heat until cooked through. This goes quite quickly, so be sure to keep an eye on them. They should still be pink; that’s when they’re most tender. This goes well with green beans and rice, but broccoli, etc., also works well.
