Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pork fillet(s)
  • 5 stalks of chives
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp, heaped mustard, sweet
  • 2 tbsp, heaped mustard, hot
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 175°C fan/convection oven. Wash the pork fillet and pat dry. Heat the oil in a pan and sear the fillet on all sides until well browned. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the butter with the mustard and set aside. Remove the fillet from the pan, slice it, place it in a baking dish, and spread it with the mustard butter. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Wash and dry the chives, cut them into rings, and arrange them on top of the baked meat slices. I arranged it on a slice of bread and served it with grilled vegetables.
