Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g tortellini
- 400 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 packs of Hollandaise sauce or Béarnaise sauce
- some cream
- Cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook the tortellini in plenty of salted water. Meanwhile, finely dice the onion. Melt the fat in a pan, sauté the onion, add the minced meat, and fry until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Add the sauce and thin with a little cream. Place the drained tortellini in a baking dish, toss with the minced meat sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
