Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 75 ml milk
- 140 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp, heaped Parmesan
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- 100g salami
- 2 bell peppers, red and green
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 6 slices of protein bread

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Low-carb
Heat the milk in a saucepan with the cream cheese and Parmesan until the cheese has melted. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and heat through. Cut the salami and mozzarella into small pieces and place in a baking dish. Wash and chop the bell peppers, then add them to the baking dish. Pour the sauce over the top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the dish in the oven at 220°C (fan oven) until the cheese has reached the desired brown color. Meanwhile, toast the protein bread.
