Pork fillet in paprika cream sauce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 750 g pork fillet(s)
  • 12 slice(s) bacon, striped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 400 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • Salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the pork fillet into 12 medallions, wrap them in bacon, and arrange them side by side in a shallow baking dish. Season the top with salt and pepper. Pour the cream into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in the paprika and tomato paste and let it reduce slightly. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the meat. Cook at 200°C (top and bottom heat, preheated) for about 25-30 minutes. Serve with tagliatelle or rice.
