Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 pork fillet(s)
- 1 Camembert(s)
- 1 can of mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- ⅛ liter meat broth
- ⅛ liter milk
- ¼ liter cream
- possibly lemon juice
- possibly dill
- possibly parsley

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
a delicious oven feast
Cut the pork fillet into 2 cm thick slices and sear. Then season with pepper and salt. Place in a baking dish. Remove the rind from the Camembert, slice it, and place it on top of the meat. Scatter the mushrooms over the meat. Prepare a sauce with the remaining ingredients and season, adding a dash of lemon juice, dill, and parsley if desired. Pour the hot sauce over the meat and cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (400 °F) for 45 minutes.
