Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pork fillet(s), cut into slices
- 2 jars of mushrooms, sliced
- 3 bell peppers, cut and diced
- 2 bottles of Hungarian-style paprika sauce
- 2 cups of crème fraîche
- 2 cups of cream
- 200 g Emmental cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Slice the pork fillet, season with salt and pepper. Place it raw in a greased casserole dish, sprinkle with sliced mushrooms and bell peppers. Mix the paprika sauce, crème fraîche, and cream and pour over the meat. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 1 hour. Serve with rice, pasta, or spaetzle, and salad.
