Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pork fillet(s), cut into slices
  • 2 jars of mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 bell peppers, cut and diced
  • 2 bottles of Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 200 g Emmental cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Slice the pork fillet, season with salt and pepper. Place it raw in a greased casserole dish, sprinkle with sliced ​​mushrooms and bell peppers. Mix the paprika sauce, crème fraîche, and cream and pour over the meat. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 1 hour. Serve with rice, pasta, or spaetzle, and salad.
