Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pork fillet(s)
- 150 g Emmental cheese
- 150 g smoked bacon
- 2 onions
- 100 g fried onions
- 1 tbsp mustard
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 100 g sweet cream

delicious and quick preparation
Cut the fillet, bacon, and cheese into rectangular slices approximately 0.5–1.0 cm thick, the size of the fillet. Season the fillet with salt and pepper, then spread with the mustard. Layer the bacon, cheese, and sliced onions with the fillet in a baking dish, tiled like a roof. Spread the sweet cream and then the fried onions over the meat mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes.
