Pork fillet with fruit

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 750 g pork fillet(s)
  • 60 g oil
  • ½ can peach(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • ½ tsp curry
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Rinse the pork fillet and pat dry. Then cut into slices, then into strips. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Heat the oil, brown the fillet in batches, season with salt and pepper, and place in a baking dish. Drain the peaches and cut into wedges, and slice the bananas. Mix the meat and fruit in the baking dish. Mix the cream, ketchup, and curry powder together and pour over the meat. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes.
