Pork fillet with tomatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pork fillet(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cup of cream
  • some vermouth (dry martini)
  • cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the fillet into approximately 1 cm thick slices and sear in a pan. Place in an ovenproof dish. Briefly heat the pan with the martini and cream, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the fillet pieces. Slice the tomatoes, arrange them over the fillet slices, and cover with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at approximately 200°C for about 30 minutes until melted into a delicious dish. Serve with anything from white bread to pasta to any kind of potato.
