Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g pork fillet(s)
- 1 pack of bacon
- n. B. Honey
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes
Lay the bacon strips side by side. Brush the bacon with honey and season with salt and pepper. Wrap the pork fillet in the bacon. Sear briefly on each side in a hot pan. Cook the pork fillet in the oven at 80°C for about 2 hours. The internal temperature of the meat should be approximately 60-65°C.
