- 500 g Rigatoni
- 120 g Breakfast bacon
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 4 piece Mushrooms
- 1 piece Hot peppers
- Salt, pepper, chilli pepper
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- Sweet Sour Chilli Sauce
- 200 ml Sweet cream
- 200 ml Vegetable stock
- 2 Splash Soy sauce
- Oil
- Cook the rigatoni al dente in sufficient salted water
- Cut the breakfast bacon into small pieces as well as the zucchini, mushrooms, garlic and peppers
- Fry the breakfast bacon in a wok pan, add the rest. Add salt, pepper, chilli pepper, soy and sweet sour chilli sauce.
- Add the cream and vegetable stock – don’t forget to taste
