Pork Goulash in Pastaring

  • 500 g Pork goulash
  • 0,25 Pc. Fresh celery
  • 2 Pc. Onion
  • 1 bunch Spring onions fresh, cut
  • 1 Pc. Pepper fresh
  • 1 Pc. Carrot
  • 0,5 Pc. Leek
  • 1 Pc. Fresh tomato
  • 2 Pc. Bay leaf
  • 7 Pc. Allspice grains
  • 1 Pc. Cloves
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt pepper
  • Chilli from the mill
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 5 cups Vermicelli
  1. Sear the diced meat in a large saucepan with a little oil. Then add the prepared, cut vegetables and the spices. Continue frying for about 10 minutes. Pour hot water so that the food is covered. After about 25 minutes the meat is cooked and soft. Don’t forget to season with salt, pepper and chilli!
  2. Put the noodles in boiling salted water as described on the package and cook for about 8 minutes. Drain and mix with chopped parsley.
  3. Arrange the pasta on the preheated plate in a ring shape, place the meat in the middle. Good Appetite
