Pork medallions in white wine sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pork fillet(s) – head
  • Ham, cooked
  • Cheese (Edam), sliced
  • 1 cup of cream
  • ½ tsp butter
  • 1 pinch of Parmesan
  • 50 g cream cheese spread
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 shot of white, dry wine
  • some salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare a sauce with cream, butter, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and sugar. Add the white wine just before the end and thicken slightly. Cut the fillet head into three pieces, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Briefly fry. Top with the cured ham and Edam cheese and bake until the cheese melts. Then pour the white wine sauce over the top. Serve with croquettes or white bread and a dry white wine.
