Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g pork fillet(s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp thyme, picked leaves
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the pork fillet into medallions and flatten them slightly. Season with salt and pepper, and brush one side with mustard. Sprinkle with thyme leaves. Heat the butter in a pan. Press the medallions into the breadcrumbs on the mustard side and fry gently on both sides in the butter.
