Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g pork neck steak(s)
  • 75 g snow pea(s)
  • 5 date cherry tomatoes, approx. 75 g
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp, sautéed basil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and wash the snow peas and tomatoes. Place a pan, preferably ceramic, on the stovetop and heat (electric stovetop level 4). When the pan is hot, add the rapeseed oil. After one minute, add the snow peas to the pan and fry for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then place the snow peas on a plate and place the plate and the snow peas in the oven at 50 degrees Celsius. Toss the tomatoes in the hot pan for 5 minutes, then add them to the plate and return the plate to the oven. Fry the steak in the pan and then add it to the warmed plate with the snow peas and tomatoes. Season everything with basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Potato pancakes or potato pancakes go well with this. You can prepare these in a second pan while they’re cooking.
