Pork Salmon from Oven

The perfect pork salmon from oven recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1,5 kilogram Pork salmon
  • 2 Glasses Mushroom slices
  • 2 packet Bacon slices
  • Dill
  • Parsley
  • Salt + pepper from the mill
  • 2 Teaspoon (level) Curry powder
  • 2 Teaspoon (level) Sweet paprika
  • 800 g Cream 30% fat
  • 2 Teaspoon (level) Meatsoup
  • 200 Milliliters Dry red wine
  • 1 Glass Green pepper
  1. Cut the pork salmon into thick slices and wrap them with the bacon slices. Now fry the pork salmon slices on both sides in a pan with a little oil and place in a prepared roasting pan.
  2. Fry the mushrooms in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Spread the fried mushrooms over the meat and sprinkle with the dill and parsley. Mix the cream, red wine, meat stock, curry, paprika and green pepper in a pan and bring to the boil. Now pour everything into the roaster.
  3. Now place the roaster in the oven preheated to 160 degrees upper and lower heat and let it simmer for about 70 minutes. We also had basmati rice with us.
