also possible with poultry schnitzel
Wash the salmon roast and pat dry. If using a single piece, cut it into 6 equal-thick slices. Rinse an ovenproof dish with water and place the slices side by side. Top each piece with a slice of ham, scatter a few basil leaves on top, and arrange a sprig of rosemary on top. Top with two slices of tomato. Mix the sweet and sour cream and crème fraîche in a bowl. Stir in the tomato paste, salt, and seasonings well. Pour the sauce over the meat. Cut the mozzarella ball into 6 slices. Place the dish in the middle of a preheated oven at 225°C. After 7 minutes, reduce the temperature to 180°C. After another 20 minutes, place a slice of mozzarella on each piece of meat and bake for about 10 minutes longer, until the cheese is golden brown. This dish goes well with rosemary potatoes and spinach leaves. Or simply use baguette to scoop up the sauce.
