Mozzarella Yogurt Dip
The perfect mozzarella yogurt dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Buffalo mozzarella
- 3 tablespoon Buffalo milk yogurt
- 0,5 Onion red
- 1 Snack peppers
- 1 Cherry date tomato
- 1 tablespoon Picked basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Chopped green pistachios
- 0,5 teaspoon Espelette pepper
- Green pepper from the mill
- Salt
- Squeeze out the mozzarella with kitchen paper.
- Mash and mix with the yogurt.
- Chop the onions, tomatoes and peppers very small. Add to the cheese.
- Add the torn basil leaves.
- Add the olive oil and pistachios. Mix everything well.
- Season to taste with Espelette pepper, green pepper and salt.
