Mozzarella Yogurt Dip

The perfect mozzarella yogurt dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Buffalo mozzarella
  • 3 tablespoon Buffalo milk yogurt
  • 0,5 Onion red
  • 1 Snack peppers
  • 1 Cherry date tomato
  • 1 tablespoon Picked basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped green pistachios
  • 0,5 teaspoon Espelette pepper
  • Green pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  1. Squeeze out the mozzarella with kitchen paper.
  2. Mash and mix with the yogurt.
  3. Chop the onions, tomatoes and peppers very small. Add to the cheese.
  4. Add the torn basil leaves.
  5. Add the olive oil and pistachios. Mix everything well.
  6. Season to taste with Espelette pepper, green pepper and salt.
