Zucchini Lamb Pan Shoarma Style

The perfect zucchini lamb pan shoarma style recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Eggplant fresh
  • 3 Zucchini
  • 400 g Lamb- beef is also possible-
  • 1 Onion
  • 50 ml. Olive oil
  • 1 El. Tomato paste
  • 150 ml. Water
  • 1 Tl. Salt
  • 2 Tl. Shoarma spice
  1. Peel off the peel of the onion and dice finely. Peel and dice the eggplant and zucchinis. Cut the lamb into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Put the olive oil in a pan and heat it up, then sauté the onion cubes until translucent.
  3. Add the lamb and fry all over until all sides are well colored.
  4. Add the aubergine and zucchini cubes to the meat. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Then add the tomato paste and brown it briefly. Pour water on.
  5. Add salt and Shoarma spice and stir. After everything has boiled once, switch to the lowest setting and close the lid of the pan. Approx. 30 min. Let everything simmer slowly, stirring carefully every now and then.
  6. We had rice with roasted rice
