Pork Strips with Tarragon

The perfect pork strips with tarragon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 400 g Bill back
  • 2 Cans Diced tomatoes
  • 1 Diced onion
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 100 ml Dornfelder red wine
  • Fresh tarragon
  1. Wash the tarragon and shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and cut them into small pieces
