Pork Strips with Tarragon
The perfect pork strips with tarragon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 400 g Bill back
- 2 Cans Diced tomatoes
- 1 Diced onion
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 100 ml Dornfelder red wine
- Fresh tarragon
- Wash the tarragon and shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and cut them into small pieces
- cut the meat into slices and then into strips
- heat the olive oil and sear the meat strips over high heat while turning …… remove from the pan, season with salt and pepper and set aside
- remove the heat and sauté the onion cubes in it
- Deglaze with the red wine and simmer
- add the tomatoes, sugar and tarragon … .. season well with salt and pepper
- Let the sauce simmer on a low level for about 5 minutes
- Stir in the creme fraiché and add the meat to the sauce
- Noodles or rice can be served with this
