Pork fillet medallions wrapped in bacon

Cut the lung roast into approximately 1 cm wide slices, wrap in bacon, coat in sweet paprika, place in a casserole dish, and drizzle with whipped cream. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 45 minutes. No other seasonings are needed! Not even salt! Pretty much anything works as a side dish—pasta, rice, potatoes, or even a green salad! It’s quick and easy, always turns out well, and tastes fantastic!
