Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 large white cabbage
  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 500 g bacon, lean
  • some salt and pepper
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

White cabbage with tagliatelle and bacon

Cut the white cabbage into strips and sauté in a pan over medium heat until lightly browned. Meanwhile, cut the bacon into small cubes. The trimmed rind can be added to the pan and sautéed (it will be removed later). Add the diced bacon to the cabbage and cook. Cook the pasta separately until al dente, and when the cabbage is cooked, add it to the pan. Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper, and you’re done!
