Pork with Chanterelles

- 800 g Fillet heads
- 2 small Jars of chanterelles
- 1 St Red onion, diced
- 2 St Garlic clove crushed
- 1 St Ginger, finely diced
- 2 St Small chiles finely chopped
- 200 ml Cream
- Parsley, salt, pepper, cornstarch
