Pork with Paprika
The perfect pork with paprika recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 20 g Dried shiitake mushrooms
- 400 g Pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 piece Freshly sliced onion
- 1 piece Red, green, yellow pepper
- 4 tbsp Oyster sauce
- Put the dried oyster mushrooms in a large bowl and pour boiling water over them. Then let it steep for at least 20 minutes.
- We rinse the pork tenderloin well under cold water, then pat dry with a kitchen towel and remove the tendons.
- Then cut the meat into thin strips and cook in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Fish out of the pot with a skimmer and drain well on kitchen paper
- Preheat the WOK, heat the oil and fry the pork in it for about 5 minutes. Take it out again and put it on one side.
- In the meantime, drain the mushrooms through a sieve, drain well and cut into large pieces. Wash, core and cut the peppers into large pieces. Peel and halve the onion and cut into half rings.
- Now put the mushrooms, the sliced onion and the chopped peppers in the WOK. Fry well.
- Put the meat back into the WOK, add the oyster sauce and let it steep for another 2-3 minutes.
- We had Mie noodles with it. It was really delicious. I wish you all a good appetite.
