  • 400 g Pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil

  • 1 piece Red, green, yellow pepper
  • 4 tbsp Oyster sauce
  1. Put the dried oyster mushrooms in a large bowl and pour boiling water over them. Then let it steep for at least 20 minutes.
  2. We rinse the pork tenderloin well under cold water, then pat dry with a kitchen towel and remove the tendons.
  3. Then cut the meat into thin strips and cook in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Fish out of the pot with a skimmer and drain well on kitchen paper
  4. Preheat the WOK, heat the oil and fry the pork in it for about 5 minutes. Take it out again and put it on one side.
  5. In the meantime, drain the mushrooms through a sieve, drain well and cut into large pieces. Wash, core and cut the peppers into large pieces. Peel and halve the onion and cut into half rings.
  6. Now put the mushrooms, the sliced ​​onion and the chopped peppers in the WOK. Fry well.
  7. Put the meat back into the WOK, add the oyster sauce and let it steep for another 2-3 minutes.
