Pork with Spicy Cabbage

The perfect pork with spicy cabbage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Fresh white cabbage
  • 100 g Carrots
  • 3 Spring onions fresh
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 250 g Pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Clean the white cabbage, cut into fine strips. Peel the carrots, cut into fine strips. Clean the spring onions, cut into thin rings. Cut the garlic clove into slices. Cut the pork fillet into thin slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok (or pan), fry the pork fillet slices over a high heat while stirring for about 1 minute, remove. Add the cabbage and carrots and cook for about 5 minutes. Fry while stirring. Add garlic, fry for 30 seconds. Add spring onions and fry for another 30 seconds.
  3. Put the soy sauce, sambal olek and the meat in the wok, season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
