Spicy Pork with Cabbage
The perfect spicy pork with cabbage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Pork meat
- 2 Pc. Red peppers
- 1 Pc. Zucchini
- 3 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 1 tl Tomato paste
- 1 leaf Kaffir lime leaves
- Teryaki sauce
- Ginger powder
- Turmeric spice
- 1 pinch Ground cumin
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
- Salt
- Water
- Cut the pork (preferably from the chop) into strips and place in plenty of teriyaki sauce with chopped garlic and a kaffir leaf and let it steep for about 1-2 hours.
- In a hot pan, briefly roast a sliced onion until golden, add the tomato paste and then the marinated meat and the sliced paprika and sear everything.
- Add spices, mix well and deglaze with a dash of water.
- Put the zucchini and the chopped garlic in the pan and let everything simmer briefly while stirring regularly. Finally add water.
- Finally add the chopped cabbage, leave everything on the stove for another 2-3 minutes on a low heat and season with salt.
