easy and fast

This recipe is quick and easy to prepare. Cut the pork fillet into thin strips and marinate in a mixture of starch, garlic, light soy sauce, and rice wine for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix a seasoning sauce with light and dark soy sauce and oyster sauce. If you like it spicier, add chili sauce. Cut the white parts of the spring onions into sticks and the green parts into rings. Once all the ingredients are ready, briefly stir-fry the drained meat. Add the white parts of the spring onions and the garlic and continue to fry. Add the prepared sauce and marinade and finish cooking. Season to taste with sugar, salt, pepper, and dark sesame oil. Finally, add the green parts of the spring onions and stir-fry briefly. Serve with rice or wheat noodles.
