Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 100 g water
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 8 g salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • n. B. Nutmeg
  • n. B. Curry
  • e.g. garlic, optional
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Allow the breadcrumbs to swell in the water. Then add the spices and ground meat and mix everything well. Form the meatballs into patties and fry them in a hot pan with a little oil on both sides until cooked through, brown, and crispy.
