- 1 medium-sized White cabbage
- 1 piece Apple
- 0,75 liter Apple juice
- 2 piece Onion
- 5 Discs Wrapped ham
- 1 tsp Vegetable broth or salt
- Pepper a.d.M.
- Remove the first 3 leaves from the white cabbage, cut the cabbage in half, then quarter, cut out the stalk and cut with a slicer. The sliced cabbage in the wok, I like to cook with it. Peel the apple and cut out the core and also slice the apple parts and the onions …
- Add the vegetable stock, pepper from the mill and the apple juice. Close the wok with the lid and bring to the boil. Everything should simmer for about 30 to 45 minutes. - I let it steep in the fridge overnight, the next day then put the cabbage in a baking dish, because the meat is pure, keep half covered with cabbage … cover the whole thing with foil and at 160 degrees a good 45 – Heat in the oven for 60 minutes (oven was not preheated)
