Pork Loin Wrapped in Ham

- 2 Pc. Pork tenderloin
- 200 g Ham air dried
- 1 Pc. Fresh celery
- 1 Pc. Carrot
- 1 pole Leek
- 3 tsp Dried rosemary
- 1 a cup Whipped cream
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 300 g Mushrooms brown
- 1 Onion
- Salt pepper
- 0,5 tsp Caraway seeds
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 4 Potatoes
- Cut the washed and cleaned loins into pieces of the same size (approx. 5-6 cm) and season with pepper. There is already enough salt on the ham. Wrap the ham completely and fry briefly on all sides with celery, carrot and leek in oil.
- Remove from the pot / pan and cook in the oven at 120 ° C for about 20 minutes. Make a sauce from the gravy, 1/4 liter of water, whipped cream, salt (be careful!), Pepper and the rest of the chopped onion.
- Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices, season with salt, pepper and fry the remaining onion, cut into small pieces, in butter. Taste everything!
- Peel and quarter the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary and sprinkle with a little oil. Bake in the oven, lined with baking paper, at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes.
