Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes, wholemeal
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana(s)
  • some raspberries, frozen
  • Vanilla from the mill
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the oats and water in a saucepan on the stove over medium heat. Then I immediately stir in plenty of cinnamon and a dash of vanilla, if desired. The amount of cinnamon and vanilla can, of course, be adjusted to taste. I cut the apple into pieces and add half to the pan for a light baked apple flavor. I mash the banana and stir it into the oat mixture as a natural sweetener. Stir everything occasionally and let it simmer until it becomes a puree. Finally, I add a few frozen raspberries, which thaw in the heat and become nice and soft. The remaining apples and a few more thawed raspberries are added as a topping when serving.
